Two brothers stand at the edge of their father's legacy, one ready to sell out while the other fights to print a ghost story.
The Ganesan printing press in Rajahmundry is dying. After years of debt and silent resentment, it passes to brothers Arun, who wants to liquidate, and Ravi, who insists on reviving it as a newspaper their father, the late Koteswara Rao, abandoned years ago. Their mother, Sita, holds the final share of equity and refuses to sign anything until her youngest daughter, Pooja, returns from London after her marriage falters.
